Returns Policy

Change Of Mind Returns

If you are unhappy with your new purchase for whatever reason, you may choose to exchange for alternate item or exchange for credit which is valid for 12 months.

  • Please email customer service within 7 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return product.
  • We will confirm your intent to return and issue you a returns form which must be completed and returned with your items. Alegorie reserve the right not to process a return that does not have the necessary return form enclosed.
  • Make sure the product is just how you received it with all tags attached (where applicable). Alegorie reserve the right not to process a return on any item that is not in original condition.
  • Post your products, return form and tax invoice within 7 days to:

  • Allow one week for return processing. Return will be processed (exchange or credit) as specified on the return form.

Due to health laws, Alegorie cannot accept returns on earrings or hair accessories unless they are faulty.

 

Fault Returns

All products are quality checked before they are posted. If you believe that your product is faulty it must be assessed by the manufacturer. In the event that the manufacturer classes your product faulty, you may choose to repair/replace or refund.

  • Assessment times will vary depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be processed by the same method you paid. If at any time you would like us to investigate the process of a fault return email customer service.
