We can also help you choose
accessories for outfits and events, and give you advice on the right pieces to
choose based on your body type and personal style.
Choose the colour you want to see in the drop-down box on top of the "Add To Basket" button. The product thumbnail will change to show that colour. You can click on the thumbnail to zoom-in for a bigger picture.
If you want to go back and see
the original product pictures again, choose "COLOUR" in the drop-down
box. It will reset the gallery.
Every purchase is a gift for someone - even yourself!
All our jewellery comes presented in an elegant flocked black jewellery pouch, perfect for storing when the piece is not being worn. Other products come folded in black acid-free tissue paper and satin ribbon. We don't seal the tissue paper so you can open and see the product before you give it on to someone else.
Finally, every item in our inventory comes with a special Alegorie gift tag perfect for including with your gift. (If you are buying a gift for yourself, fill it out anyway. Leave it on your doorstep and surprise yourself later that day!)
Oh dear! We never like hearing that! If you have chosen Express delivery, please log in to "My Alegorie" and check your order details, you will see your tracking number which gets issued the day your order is posted out to you. You can give Australia Post a call and quote that number to find out where your parcel is at any stage.
If you have chosen Regular delivery, we cannot track your parcel. Our policy is to instruct Australia Post not to safe drop parcels. This means if you are not at home when your parcel is delivered and it cannot fit in your letterbox, Australia Post couriers will deliver your parcel to the nearest post office for collection, rather than leaving it on your doorstep or in a "safe place". While we take every step to ensure your parcels arrive safely, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders sent using Regular delivery.
However, should an order sent via Regular Delivery result in a non-delivery, you are welcome to call or email customer service and we'll call Australia Post to lodge a formal search and complaint. These searches can take up to two weeks and often turn out to be unsuccessful, but in the event your address has been spelt incorrectly it just may turn up your local Dead Letter office. We always hope this is the case!

great new product. How do I get in touch with a buyer?
We always appreciate supplier applications from new designers. As you can tell, we have a very specific aesthetic vision for our store. If you think your product will really compliment the products we already offer for sale, feel free to shoot us through an email to Customer Service with information about your range and some photographs.
